Synopsis
A Short Film About Killing is the detailed chronicle of two murder cases: the slaying of a taxi driver by a boy and then the boy's execution as ordained by the courts. The film's naked and cruel truth bears witness to man's readiness to murder his fellow man.
Director
He made a long list of films, among which appear: No End, Blind Chance and the television series, Decalogue. He later gained international recognition with Amator (Grand Prix at the Moscow and Gdansk festivals). In the early 1990s, he shot his most important work in France: the Three Colors trilogy, dedicated to the French flag.
