François Sagat is a French actor, model and director. At 18 he moved to Paris to work in the fashion industry, and years later joined French pornographic studio Citéberur, where he performed in his first adult film under the name Azzedine.
François then moved to the US, where he worked for Raging Stallion Studios before becoming an exclusive porn star at Titan Media in 2007. In 2011, Sagat wrote, directed and produced the Incubus adult film series, his first foray in these areas. That year he was also highlighted in the series François Sagat: The New Leading Man, presented at the Museum of Arts and Design in NY, and in the documentary Sagat: The Documentary on Canal+, exploring his phenomenon on world culture trends.
By 2013 Sagat announced his retirement from porn acting, but returned in 2017 for special appearances in the Men.com parody of Justice League, and for CockyBoys in Bruce LaBruce’s It Is Not The Pornographer That Is Perverse…
He has also been involved in several public awareness campaigns, and has appeared in mainstream media in films such as Saw VI (2009), L.A. Zombie (2010) and Homme au bain (2010); the latter two premiered at the Locarno International Film Festival. In 2013 he launched his fashion line KICK SAGAT.
