Synopsis
At night, the chants of the bull and the chaman can be heard. Within the lights that shine upon the path of the Gods, the doors of life open wide, the ritual way of Mawaríxa. An immersive and sensorial and intimate exploration with unique access to an endangered ritual universe of the Wixárika culture from the north of Jalisco State, Mexico.
Director
César is a multi disciplinary artist, holding individual and collective expositions in several countries. In 2019 he made his cinema debut with 45 days in Harbar. Rodolfo is a filmmaker and programmer. He has participated in a large amount of documentaries. He was the programmer at DocsMX until 2019 and he's currently the Programming Director of Guadalajara International Film Festival.
